About Us

Meet the team that fulfils your computer support requests. The team is made up of one full-time manager and four part-time students.

 

Manager:

The team manager is the only individual with full administrative rights to all computer systems in the department. The manager fulfills support requests such as: custom device acquisition, servers, admin access, etc.

Students:

The students will fulfill most of the support requests sent to our team. Some of the request students will fulfil include: software downloads, device deployment/repairs, general assistance requests, etc.
